Štorm font support for ConTeXt

Macro-support for an usage of František Štorm's fonts (www.stormtype.com) in ConTeXt typesetting system. Samples and the usage shows the catalogue Štorm fonts in ConTeXt.

The support has been done for next font families: Aichel, Biblon, DynamoRE, Libcziowes, Lido, LidoCondensed, PreissigText, PreissigAntikva, Preissig1918, Serapion, Solpera and TyfaText. Next families are in plans.
